Meet our newest Research Mentor

This year, National Capital History Day is welcoming a new Research Mentor — James Hare is an instructor in Algonquin College’s Applied Museum Studies program.

James Hare is our newest NCHD mentor.

James has expertise in visual images, framing, and exhibit work and will be of great assistance to anyone working on a project for NCHD’s Exhibit category.

Whether you’re not sure which image to use or the best kind of glue to create a model of a catapult, James can point you in the right direction.

You can reach James by email at harej [at]

Welcome, James — and thank you for helping our students and teachers! (And you can meet all our research mentors here.)
